Bottlecap Tutorial?

I'm thinking of posting a tut for making those bottlecaps. I have other tutorial/ebooks for sale at youcanmakethis.com... yet in the interest of public service and in honor of craft-o-holics world wide, it'd be nice to offer something just because, wouldn't it?

Off to find the images -- I started on a tutorial like a year ago and I know I can find those pictures...
